Chiropractic

It is a manual therapy (different types of massage) that is mainly aimed at at the spine and soft paraspinal tissues, as well as joints.

It has a general strengthening effect and helps to restore intellectual functions. In medicine, it is used primarily for the supporting-motor apparatus disorders, as well as for the restoration of the central nervous system.

OSTEOPATHY

A kind of manual therapy, a complex system of different types of massage,aimed at the musculoskeletal structure of a person.

Pressure therapy

Electropathy

Vacuum therapy

Vacuum therapy (or vacuum treatment) is the most common physiotherapy method. It is used in medicine and aesthetic procedures. It is applied to improve blood circulation, relieve pain and tension in the muscles. It is also used to heal wounds and ulcers and to reduce the risk of infection. In aesthetic medicine, it is useful for improving the skin condition and fighting cellulite. Its additional effect is an increased joint mobility.

Ultrahigh frequencies and shockwave therapy

Low frequency sound waves have a positive effect on the human body. It helps to relieve pain, swelling, and cramps. It helpful for post-traumatic rehabilitation.

It stimulates blood supply and tissue metabolism. It destroys salt deposits. It improves the lymph flow.

In medicine, it is applied in neurology.

Magnetotherapy

It is based on the same principles as shock wave therapy, but uses alternating or constant magnetic fields for the same purposes.

A four-chamber galvanic bath

It is a type of hydrotherapy. Mineral water and flow of direct current are used in a four-chamber galvanic bath.

Hydrotherapy

It is a common name for all water procedures: showers, bathes, and hot saunas.

It is especially effective when combined with massage. The basis of the method is a complex thermal, chemical and mechanical treatment on the skin. The scope of application includes abnormalities of the body’s heat exchange system, cardiovascular, nervous, endocrine and muscular systems.

Aesthetic therapy

Non-surgical aesthetic and cosmetological procedures for face and body. Complex — mechanical and chemical — treatments for the skin: massage, masks, water procedures, etc.

Among the medical prescriptions for aesthetic therapy is a dopamine increase in the body, which has a beneficial effect on mental health.

SPA–therapy.

It is one of the most popular paths of hydrotherapy. «Wet» Russian bath, «dry» Finnish bath, Turkish hammam bath, Japanese bath, Jacuzzi, and Charcot shower.

It is actively used for its anti-cellulite effect in beauty industry, and as a general strengthening therapy in medicine.

Nutritional procedures

They are also known as IV-therapy. This is a set of procedures that allows to remove toxins from the body, make up for the deficiency vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other biologically active substances.

Pelotherapy

Psammotherapy

Sand bath is one of the most popular spa treatments due to the pleasant and gentle massage. Psammotherapy helps to relieve pain syndromes, improves blood circulation, lymph flow, and kidney function, helps to lose weight. It is prescribed for musculoskeletal system disorders, joint diseases, neuralgia, neuritis, sciatica, and a number of inflammations of the female genital organs.

Paraffinotherapy

It is a treatment with heated paraffine. In cosmetology, it is used to treat the skin with acyclic hydrocarbons for therapeutic and preventive purposes.

In medicine, it is used to treat nails, muscles, and joints. It is especially widely used in pediatrics.

Laser therapy

Laser light beams are used for medical purposes. They are absorbed by tissues and converted into thermal energy.

Aromatherapy

Halotherapy
